The Firm also seeks to assure the protection of creditor’s rights – whether government or private sector – in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings.  We aim to ensure maximum recovery in the bankruptcy process.

The Firm represents creditors in matters such as: Requests of relief from stay, objections to confirmation of payment Chapter 13 payment plans, objections to Chapter 11 plans and disclosure statements, requests for adequate protection, and in contentious adversary proceedings claiming violation of stay and violation of discharge injunction.  In sum, we assure that creditor’s rights are duly protected pursuant to bankruptcy law, therefore preventing the abuse of the bankruptcy process.
